Hello, my name is Robert H Morga. I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. During my long fitness journey, I strived for the best in my work ethic. I am a certified ACE personal trainer and a nutrition coach. I have a passion for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and maintaining a good physique through a fat loss regime. My enthusiasm for fitness has driven me to do what I love. I'd competed my bodybuilding show in 2023 NPC East Coast Mecca Classic and won 5th place medal in a classic physique division. My goal is to inspire, motivate, educate, and to help people reach their fitness goals. I take very seriously into account every clients specific goals, wants, and needs.
